Stay rooted with MMCF

Warren Buffett, the most successful investor and philanthropist of the 20th century once said, “Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.” Food for thought indeed.

Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation, is constantly working to serve the community and keep it close to its culture and heritage. It looks forward to creating inspirations for the generations to come. As part of the same endeavour, MMCF recently extended a cash donation of INR 8000 to a farmer and environmentalist of Bhinder village, Devendra Singh. The village falls under the district of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The farmer bought 10 tree guards with the donation and placed them near a primary school at Bhim ka Kheda.

Small as it may seem, the initiative brought a smile to many faces. MMCF sees this as a medium to convey a valuable message to the future youth of our country. It intends to make them sensitive towards preservation of environment and keep them connected with our culture.
